Wristband replacement is subject to verification of the order. If you need a replacement, please bring your wristband, order confirmation and government-issued ID to the Box Office.
Box Office Information:
The Auditorium Shores box office is located at the entrance of the festival, directly across from the Long Center.
The box office will be located next to the main entrance. Box Office Hours are:
- The box office will no longer be open on Friday.
- Saturday, Nov 5: 12 pm – 5 pm
- Sunday, Nov 6: 12 pm – 5 pm
Rock Your Taco box office hours are Saturday Nov 5: 6 pm – 8:30 pm. The Rock Your Taco box office is located at the entrance of Rock Your Taco. Follow signs guiding you west of the main entrance for the Rock Your Taco entrance and box office.
Pro Tip: You’ll need both your ticket and ID to access the festival, so don’t leave home without them.
