A few notes about the COVID-19 test result you send in for documentation:
- The test may not be from an at-home test
- The test result must include your name, date and a positive result
- Please note that if you are looking for a refund for more than one ticket, everyone in your party must also be required to send in their test results too
Additionally, if you've had COVID-19, are still in the 5-day isolation window, you are also eligible for a refund. Please send a copy of your positive COVID-19 test result, your order number and specific ticket details to contact.frontgatetickets.com
You MUST request a refund by Sunday, 6th, at 12 PM CT.
If you’ve recently had COVID-19 and are now outside of the 5-day isolation window, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. However, if you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the festival, you can use Ticketmaster’s Verified Ticket Exchange to resell your tickets. Sign into your Front Gate Tickets account and under “Your Account” select “Order History” to list your ticket on the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange.
